Well, we did it! We are officially home owners for the first time as of last night's closing. Everything went smoothly. Our signatures have never been written so many times in a year probably, but the whole ordeal took just over 30 minutes. A lot faster than we expected. Our realtor sent me home with a nice flower arrangement. I only wish I had brought something for her, because she has been so wonderful during this whole process.
Tonight we will drive over there and clean up a little bit, and Friday is the day we move in! We're really excited to begin this next chapter in our lives, and we'll keep you updated with pictures and stuff.

We got the new fam. picture last week (gorgeous!)- already on our fridge. You should feel priveleged, Breck held it up with the Razorback magnet (a prized spot on the fridge :)
